Mama's Fruity Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box French vanilla cake mix
• 1 large can fruit cocktail, in syrup (drained and reserve)
• 3 c powdered sugar
• 4 Tbsp milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 c sweeten coconut

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 make cake according to box directions. substitute water with syrup from fruit cocktail.

2 pour mix in bundt pan. spoon drained fruit on top of cake mix. bake 42 mins.

3 let cool 10 min. invert to plate. while its cooling mix powdered sugar milk and vanilla in bowl till smooth. pour over cake.

4 sprinkle coconut over cake and serve.
