Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 c of baking mix
  • 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 can(s) pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 c powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1 mix milk and baking mix together. add butter and egg mix thorougtly till a thick paste.

2 melt bag of chips in microwave 30 sec at a time till melted. add to other mix.

3 using a cookie scoop drop on baking pan (i use air bake pans) for 15 mins at 350. let almost cool then remove from pan.

4 in bowl beat whipping cream still starting to stiffen. add powdered sugar. then fold in pumpkin. set in fridge for 20 mins till cool (easier to work with cold).

5 put mousse in plastic bag cut tip off and place on cooled cookies. place another cookie on top till you used all your cookies and there are sandwiches.
