Ingredients
- 1 (10-12 ounce) premade angel food cake
- Berry Mixture
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® ESSENTIALS™ No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber, Granulated
- Whipped Cream
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber, Granulated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 (6 ounce) cups lemon yogurt
- 1/3 cup blueberry preserves
- 1/4 cup crushed ginger snaps

Preparation
Step 1
1.CUT angel food cake into bite size pieces. Set aside.
2.PLACE berries in a medium size bowl. Add 1/4 cup of SPLENDA® ESSENTIALS™ Granulated Sweetener with Fiber and toss until combined. Set aside.
3.WHIP heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Mix in SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener with Fiber, vanilla, yogurt and blueberry preserves.
4.LAYER angel food cake, berries and whipped cream mixture in a large size trifle bowl. Repeat. Sprinkle top with crushed ginger snaps.
NOTE
Serving Size: about 1 cup
