A wonderful breakfast frittata that has it all - bacon, cheese, potatoes & eggs!

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup chopped cooked potatoes
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
- 6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onion slices
- 1/4 cup milk
- dash of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter or margarine in a 10-inch oven-proof skillet, omelet pan or pyrex pie plate over low heat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into skillet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
