- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast, tied
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or until meat is fork-tender.
