Ingredients
- 1 28-oz package frozen diced hash browns, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1 cup finely shredded smoked Gouda cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup finely shredded provolone cheese
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sliced leek or thinly sliced scallions
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 strips bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Step 1
1. In a 3 -1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine potatoes, soup, Gouda cheese, provolone cheese, cream cheese, milk, leek/onions and pepper.
2. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. To serve transfer potato mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon.
