Fish - Mint Cured Salmon 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 4 4 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup water
  • 2 2 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 2 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 mint leaves chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat all sauce ingredients and bring to a soft boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, let cool slightly and pour over salmon

2. Let marinate for 6 hrs but no more than 8 hrs.

3. Grill salmon fillets skin side down for about 10 - 15 minutes over medium high heat. Remove from grill. Cool and refrigerate if making ahead.
