Ingredients

  • Souffle:
  • 3 cups Sweet Potato, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp orange flavoring
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Souffle:
Mix all ingredients except eggs. Fold in eggs and pour into a greased baking dish.

Topping:
Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle on top of the souffle. Pour melted butter on top. Cover with nuts. Bake 35 minutes.
