Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cubed zucchini
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups thinly sliced savoy cabbage
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
1. Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add zucchini, onion, carrot and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
2. Add cabbage; cook and stir 2 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
3. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
