Baked Cranberry Desert

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour

Preparation
Step 1
Spray 10 inch pie plate with pam.
Arrange cranberries in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and walnuts over berries.
In a small bowl beat egg and gradually add sugar and continue to beat until thick.
Slowly beat in flour and vanilla.
While still beating add melted butter in a stream.
Spoon batter evenly over berries.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 50 minutes till top is brown and crisp.
