Ingredients
- This is just what you need to accompany the very flavorful Moroccan Braised Chicken.
- 6 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tb. salt
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 (10 oz.) boxes plain couscous
- 1 1/2 c. sliced scallions
- 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves, chopped

Step 1
1. In a large saucepan, bring water, butter,salt, and cinnamon to a boil. Add couscous, stir, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add scallions and fluff cousocus with a fork. Place in a dish and garnish with chopped mint.
