- 2 lb swiss chard
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- sea salt

Step 1
Wash chard and trim away large stems. Cut into 4-5" pieces and place into steamer. Cook for 30 minutes.
Whisk oil and lemon juice, drizzle over chard and sprinkle with sea salt.
