    cup Soaked Arame Seaweed

  • 2

    tbsp Flax Seed Oil

  • 1

    Avocado

  • 1

    Tomato

  • ¼

    Red Onion (finely chopped)

  • 1

    Carrot (chopped or shredded)

  • Parsley (finely chopped)

  • Fresh Lemon Juice (to taste)

  • Sea Salt (to taste)

  • Dash of Cayenne

Directions

Add all ingredients together in a bowl, mix and enjoy.
