- 1 1/2 # aspargus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 t lemon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with foil.
2) Place asparagus and olives on prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil; sprinkle with lemon pepper. Toss to coat asparagus and olives.
3) Roast in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
