Fudge

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 3 cup sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cocoa, sugan and salt in a heated pan. Add milk gradually. Mix thoroughly and bring to a bubbly boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium. Continue to boil, then stir until mix forms a soft ball. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla and beat until thick. Place in a buttered pan and cool.
