Ingredients
- 2tsp2 tsp butter
- 11 onion
- 1clove1 clove garlic
- diced carrot
- 2stalks2 stalks celery
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 1tbsp1 tbsp flour
- 1can1 can chicken stock
- 11 bay leaf
- pinchpinch of thyme
- pinchpinch of salt
- 1 1/4cup1 1/4 cup milk
- 1can1 can corn
- 1cup1 cup grated cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Saute butter, onion, garlic and celery. Add potatoes and carrots. Pour over chicken stock. Cook till vegetables till tender. Thicken with flour and milk. Add corn and heat till warm. Turn off heat and add cheddar.
