Step 1

Freeze an 8 inch bowl, when cold, first put in 2 pints softened mango sorbet. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Then add 1 1/2 pints softened raspberry sorbet. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Then add 1 pint softened strawberry ice cream. Cover and freeze. To remove dip the bowl up to the rim in warm water (not hot)and run knife around edge to loosen. Then put on plate. Then cut in wedges and top with whatever, could be chocolate sauce or homemade raspberry srauce.
