Ingredients
- 1/2 C Dry Vermouth, White Wine or Tequila
- 2 T Lime Juice
- 1 T Minced Cilantro
- 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 T Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tbs Pepper
- 4 Chicken Breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Spray your grill with Pam. Heat to medium hot.
Mix ingredients (without chicken) in a Ziplock bag. Add chicken. Squeeze out the air. Turn to coat. Refrigerate for one hour. Turn every 20 minutes to coat.
Grill.
Pour extra marinade into saucepan. Boil stirring constantly for three minutes. Spoon over chicken and serve.
