Ingredients
- 6 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes, Undrained
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
- 1 Pd Chicken, Cooked and Shredded
- 1 Sweet Onion, Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 Can Green Chilies (4 oz)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3 C Frozen Corn
- Tortilla Chips
- Shredded Cheese
- Avocado Slices

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except last FOUR), Boil. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour. Add corn and cook 10 minutes longer. Put chips in the bowl, add soup, cheese and avocado!
(I used all canned ingredients—chicken and broth. To stretch it to make a lot, I doubled the broth and just used large cans of all ingredients.)
