Ingredients
- 8 oz lasagna
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 small Can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 small can of water
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- Italian Seasoning
- House Seasoning
- Garlic Salt
- 2 C cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 12 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook and drain noodles. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add Tomato Paste, sauce, diced tomatoes, water, and seasonings. Mix egg and cottage cheese. Layer lasagna, sauce, egg mixture and mozzarella; Continue. End with a layer of sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Bake at
375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Note: Freezes well before baking.
