Ingredients
- 8 oz ground beef, cooked
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 2 C tomato juice
- 1-15 oz can Swanson Beef Broth
- 1-15 oz can Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
- 1 C shredded carrots
- 1 C celery, finely chopped
- 3/4 C (2 1/4 oz) uncooked tiny pasta
- 16 oz can Navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 16 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce (to taste . . . I like more)

Preparation
Step 1
Spray large pan with olive oil Pam. Brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato juice, beef broth, sauce, carrots, celery, and macaroni. Bring mixture to a boil. Add beans, seasonings and Tabasco. Mix well to combine. Lower heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender.
