Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Apple cider OR raspberry vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Dried basil or mint
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh or frozen red raspberries; Thawed
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1 Tsp Raspberry preserves

Step 1



1. Place olive oil, vinegar, salt, mint, raspberries, preserves and water into a blender or food processor in the order listed and secure lid.

2. Blend on low speed for 15-20 seconds. Add honey
