Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup Apple cider OR raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Dried basil or mint
- 1/2 Cup Fresh or frozen red raspberries; Thawed
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 1 Tsp Raspberry preserves

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place olive oil, vinegar, salt, mint, raspberries, preserves and water into a blender or food processor in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Blend on low speed for 15-20 seconds. Add honey
