Rosemary Balsamic Marinaded

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 6 rosemary sprigs, chopped
- Coarse salt

Preparation
Step 1
1.Whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, and pepper.
2.Scatter 3 sprigs of rosemary on bottom of baking dish.
3.Arrange meat on top, up to 2 lbs.
4.Cover with marinade, rub gently into meat.
5.Sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
6.Cover and refrigerate turning meat occasionally.
7.Before cooking, remove meat from refrigerator and let come to room temperature.
8.Wipe off bits of garlic and rosemary, discard marinade.
9.Season with salt and pepper, cook as desired.
