Ingredients
- Garlic
- Splash of lemon juice
- Paprika
- Parsley
- 1 can chicken broth
- Salt
- 1-2 lbs. chicken breasts (strips)
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 lb. pasta (optional)
- 2 cups Bisquick

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl, add as much Bisquick as you think it would take to cover the chicken strips (about 1 cup). Add paprika, salt and pepper.
3. In another bowl add the 2 eggs. (nothing else, just the eggs)
4. Dip the chicken in the eggs, then coat with the Bisquick mixture.
5. In a pan cook the chicken strips until they brown.
6. While the chicken is cooking, get a medium size pot and add the lemon juice, chicken broth, parsley and butter. Let it melt together.
7. When chicken is done, place in a deep pan or glass pyrex dish
8. Put the cooked chicken in the pan, and pour the sauce over it.
9. Sprinkle some garlic on the top and add a splash of lemon juice.
10. Cook about 30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
11. Serve over pasta (optional)
