1 lb. ground turkey breast

Step 1

Add a package of taco seasoning mix and 1 egg to ground turkey breast and form meatballs. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake meatballs until center of meatball reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

Serve with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
