  • 1-1/2 pkg. (12 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can (9.25 oz.) PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces, divided

Preparation

Step 1

COOK and stir chocolate and cream in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Meanwhile, reserve 30 cashew halves. Finely chop remaining cashews.

SHAPE chocolate mixture into 30 (1-inch) balls with melon baller or teaspoon. Insert 1 cashew half into center of each ball; reshape ball to enclose cashew. (Balls need not be perfectly round.) Roll in chopped cashews.

PLACE in waxed paper-lined 15x10x1-inch pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before serving to soften slightly.

Special Extra
For a special touch, drizzle truffles with melted BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate after rolling in chopped cashews. Refrigerate as directed.
