Ingredients

Graham wafer crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. icing sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 melted square unsweetened chocolate
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. raisins
2 beaten egg whites
1 c. whip cream

Preparation

Step 1

Butter 9 x 9 pan. Cover with 1/4" layer of vanilla wafer crumbs. Cream butter, icing sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate, eggs, raisins and fold in beaten egg whites. Spread chocolate mixture over the whipped cream. Top with wafer crumbs. Wrap and freeze.
