Ingredients
- Filling
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 oz canned corn
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup shredded cheese, divided

Step 1
Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in the remaining filling ingredients and set aside. To make the crust, stir together the dry ingredients. Blend in remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup of the cheese. Spread crust mixture over the bottom and sides of a 9" square pan. Pour filling in crust. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 min. Sprinkle with reserved cheese during last few minutes of baking. Serves 6-8.
