Ingredients
- 3 c thawed frozen corn
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T garlic minced
- 2 c cooked wild rice
- 3 T minced sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 c fresh basil
- S&P

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil. Add garlic and saute. Stir in corn, rice and tomatoes
Saute until corn is cooked (4-6 mins)
Stir in minced basil, s&p
