Ingredients
- Salad:
- 3 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 4-5 tomatoes,
- 1 red onion chopped (only as much as needed to not overpower)
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic power
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp honey
- sprinkle of dried dill

Step 1
Mix all the chopped vegetables together. Whisk the dressing in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss. Chill for 20 minutes and serve.
