Ingredients

Cornbread
1 C meal
1/2 C flour
1 tsp sugar
Sage
Onion
Celery
Pepper
Salt
1 egg, boiled and diced
Buttermilk to taste (or milk)
Full chicken boiled (save broth)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Boil chicken and save broth.
Make cornbread. Sauté onion and celery in broth,
Combine all above ingredients.
Layer: Dressing, Chicken, Dressing
Top with butter pads or boiled egg slices.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Note: Freezes well
