Ingredients
- 1 8oz Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C (2oz) Frozen Artichoke Hearts,Thawed
- 1/3 C Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 T Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest,Grated
- 1 Small Garlic Clove, Finely Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor bowl, whirl cream cheese, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and garlic until mixture is blended and artichokes break into small pieces.
