1/4 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/4 cup seltzer
1 pretzel rod

Pour milk and chocolate syrup into a cocktail mixer; shake until combined. Pour mixture into a glass; top with seltzer and garnish with a pretzel rod.
