Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c coarselly chopped pecans
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 4 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 14 oz caramels
- 2 T water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crumbs, 1/2 c pecans, sugar & butter. Line 13x9" pan with foil, press crumbs onto bottom. Bake at 350 d for 10 mins. Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, flour & vanilla on med. speed. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Place 36 caramels & 1 T water in microwave on HIGH 1 min until melted when stirred. Add to cream cheese batter; stir. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 d for 40 mins. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c pecans. Refrigerate 4 hours or over night. Place remaining caramels & 1 T water in microwavable bowl. Microwave 1 min. Drizzle over cheesecake. Cut into 32 pieces.
