Parmesan Rolls

By

My friend Lindsay makes these from Frozen Rhodes Rolls. They rise in about 3-4 hours and are ready to bake. Delicious homemade rolls without much fuss and no need for yeast skills!

Preparation

Step 1

1. Make sure the rolls are still a little frozen. You don't want then to loose there shape or start rising without the Parmesan mixture applied.

2. Mix parmesan, romano, parsley, and garlic powder together in a bowl and set aside.

3. Melt butter in a separate bowl.

4. Dip rolls in butter, then coat with parmesan mixture until covered.

5. Place on baking sheet and let rise until tripled in size, 45 min to an hour. (if they rise to long they will fall in the oven)

6. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes or until brown on top. (use a confection oven if possible...it bakes more even.)
