  • 2 C Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, seeded & diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Ranch dressing
  • 2 T salsa

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients. Combine salad dressing and salsa; pour over cheese mixture and toss. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
