Ingredients
- 2 cans (16 oz) Black Beans (7)
- 1-10 oz Package of Frozen Corn (3)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped (0)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped (0)
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced (0)
- 1/4 C Herb or Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TBS Each: Thyme, Tarragon, Dill
- 1 Small Chopped Red Onion

Step 1
Combine and chill. Keeps up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Pretty on a buffet or with lettuce wraps.
Yields 6 Cups at 2 ½ Points Per Serving
