Triple Chip Cookie Mix

Ingredients

• 2 C Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 1 C Brown Sugar
• 1/3 C White Chocolate Chips
• 1/3 C Butterscotch Chips
• 1/3 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 C Butter, Softened
• 1/2 C Vegetable Shortening
• 1 Egg, Beaten
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and shortening in a medium bowl. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and both sugars to butter mixture; stirring until well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in chips. Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
