Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c butter
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c sliced almonds
  • 1 c flaked coconut

Step 1

Place crackers side-by-side in ungreased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers. Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in heavy saucepan. Cook until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted. Pour into pan and sprinkle with almonds and coconut. Bake at 350 deg for 8 to 12 mins.
