Ingredients

2 T butter
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c buttermilk
1 T Ranch dressing mix
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Step 1

Melt butter; whisk in flour until smooth. Cook 1 min., whisking constantly. Gradually whisk in 1 1/2 c milk; cook 3-4 mins until thick & bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in buttermilk & remaining ingredients.
