Ingredients
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tbs Melted Butter
- 3 Tbs Chopped Fresh Herbs, such as parsley, thyme, or sage
- 3 Tbs Dried Herbs of your choice
- 4 Tbs Cheddar Cheese, Grate
- 1 1/2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
If Skin is tough, peel potatoes; otherwise, scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Put potatoes in baking dish and fan slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake potatoes for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake potatoes for another 10 or 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cheese should be melted and potatoes soft.
