Buckeyes

This is my mom's recipe and as far as I'm concerned the best Buckeyes to make. I have tried others but they pale in comparison. These are made once a year in my house at Christmastime.

Ingredients
- 1 lb peanut butter
- 1 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1-2 bags chocolate chips or other melting chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Mix peanut butter and butter together and then add in powdered sugar.
Roll into balls and let chill well. I actually put them in the freezer so that they will stick to the toothpick as I dip them into the chocolate.
Melt chocolate and you may add a bit of paraffin if you want the buckeyes to be shiny.
Dip the Buckeyes, let them cool and enjoy!
