Ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage (2-pounds)
- 1 onion
- 1 C vinegar sauce or more to taste
- *Jamican Jerk Pork Vinegar Sauce Recipe*
- Vinegar Sauce
- 2 C cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 1-2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
- 1-2 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Core cabbage an put into food processor and finely chop. Do the same with onion. Add 1 cup vinegar sauce
