  • 1 onion
  • 1 C vinegar sauce or more to taste
  • *Jamican Jerk Pork Vinegar Sauce Recipe*
  • Vinegar Sauce
  • 2 C cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco
  • 1-2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 tsp black pepper

Step 1

Core cabbage an put into food processor and finely chop. Do the same with onion. Add 1 cup vinegar sauce
