Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 6 oz reduced fat lemon yogurt
- 6 oz frozen orange juice
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp orange extract
- 15 ice cubes
- 5 strips of orange or lemon peel for garnish
