Ingredients
- 1 Gallon of Kosher, Deli-Style Pickles
- 2 lbs Sugar
- 3 T Crushed Red Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Remove pickles from jar. Save jar and juice. Cut pickles about ¼” thick. If pickles are large, then quarter them. Dissolve sugar in pickle juices (vinegar and add pepper). Return pickles to jar and refrigerate for at least one week.
Note: You may divide into smaller mason jars, but remember to refrigerate.
