Ingredients
- 1 can salmon – large
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 T finely grated onion
- 2 T flour
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1 t. worchestershire sauce
- 1.4 c. fine crumbs or 1 c. mashed potatoes

Make into patties – dip in additional crumbs. Fry in butter 10 minutes
