Ingredients
- 1 can Corn (drained)
- 2 cans Creamed Corn
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 8oz Box of Jiffy Cornnbread
- 1/2 C Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 C Cheese
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13" casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Let stand 5 minutes and serve
Hint: Use a shallow dish so it cooks through.
