Ingredients

• 1 pkg (1 lb 2.25 oz) devil's food cake mix
• 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips (You can use any kind of chip -- chocolate, white choc., peanut butter, etc.)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Stir in chips of your preference.

Shape the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet.

Bake until cookies are set, about 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on a pan, then remove them with a spatula and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
