  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ham, sausage and bacon
  • shredded cheese
  • eggs
  • sour cream

Step 1

Cook ham, sausage and bacon. Add scrambled eggs and scramble. Put a line of filling down the center of a cooked crepe and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the crepe and serve with sour cream.
