Ingredients

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 T margarine or butter melted
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

Step 1

In a large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter abd vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes until a knife comes out clean when inserted halfway between center and edges. Cool on wire rack
